About the Author
Donna Burbank is a recognized industry expert in information management with over 20 years of experience in data management and enterprise architecture. She currently is the Managing Director of Global Data Strategy Ltd, an international data management consulting company. Her background is multi-faceted across consulting, product development, product management, brand strategy, marketing, and business leadership in organizations such as CA Technologies, Embarcadero Technologies, and PLATINUM Technologies. She has worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies worldwide in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa and speaks regularly at industry conferences. She has co-authored several books on data management and is a regular contributor to industry publications such as DATAVERSITY, EM360, & TDAN.
About the Author
Nigel Turner has over 20 years of experience Information Management (IM) with specialization in Information Strategy, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management. He has created and led large IM & CRM consultancy & delivery practices in multiple consulting organizations including British Telecommunications Group (BT), IPL, and EAC Group. Nigel also has experience in the data quality tools space as Vice President of Information Management Strategy at Harte Hanks Trillium Software, a leading global provider of Data Quality & Data Governance tools and consultancy where he engaged with over 150 customer organisations from all parts of the globe. Nigel is a well-known thought leader in Information Management and has presented at many international conferences in addition to writing numerous white papers and blogs on Information Management topics. Nigel provides education across the IM community, having lectured at Cardiff University on Data Governance and as an active member of DAMA International’s mentoring program, which he was instrumental in founding.

About the Author
Robin Rappaport is the Data Quality Team Leader responsible for delivery of the Data Quality Initiative for Research Databases at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Her work and that of her team contributed to the IRS being awarded a Computerworld Honor and a Government Computer News (GCN) Gala Award. She has over 25 years of experience as a Data Quality practitioner. Her undergraduate degree was in Economics with Computer Science. Her graduate work was in Operations Research with a concentration in Mathematical Modeling in Information Systems. She has worked in both private (6 years) and public sectors (since June 1990). Her positions include Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, and Operations Research Analyst.
In addition to IQ International, the International Association for Information & Data Quality, she is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS). She was Chairman, Individual Membership for the Washington, D.C. chapter from 1987- 1990. She was elected Secretary and served from 1990 - 1991.
