Secretary-Treasurer
Responsible for maintaining the official records of IAIDQ and for the Financial Management of the IAIDQ.
- As Secretary, this Director must assure accurate and complete documentation of official BoD business meetings, and assure that action items by other Directors and Advisors are accomplished and documented properly.
- As Treasurer, this Director must provide sound fiscal management of the Association's money, providing for the accounting and bookkeeping and assuring.
