Lynda Heij

Lynda Heij is the Manager of Data Quality at DTE Energy in Detroit, Michigan. Lynda manages a team of quality professionals responsible for the information quality of the Regulated Utilities' Customer Service Organization.
Her previous positions at DTE Energy include ITS Manager for Customer Service and Distributed Electric Operations, Supervisor of the ITS Web Development Practice and the Intranet/Internet Technical Supervisor.
Before starting her 8 year career at DTE Energy, Lynda worked in the consulting industry in Canada and USA . The projects consisted of web-based application development projects at companies such as NCompass Labs, Health Alliance Plan and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Lynda Heij started her career at OpenText Corporation as a webmaster.
Lynda graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Honours Bachelor of Mathematics and Business Administration with a specialty in Statistics.
Lynda currently lives in Windsor, Ontario, Canada with her husband and twin daughters.
